TurkCoach began in 2010 when three seasoned business professionals – Kemal Yilmaz, Aylin Demir, and Marcus Reynolds – identified a critical gap in Turkey's rapidly evolving business landscape: the need for specialized coaching that combines global best practices with deep local market understanding.
Starting with a small office in Istanbul and just two clients, our founding team committed to a vision of transforming Turkish businesses through personalized, results-driven coaching. What set us apart from the beginning was our practical approach – we weren't just consultants with theoretical knowledge, but experienced business leaders who had navigated the unique challenges of the Turkish market firsthand.
As word spread about our effective methodology and measurable results, our client base expanded rapidly. By 2014, we had opened our Antalya office to better serve Turkey's southern business community, particularly focusing on the tourism and hospitality sectors that drive the region's economy. In 2017, we launched our specialized corporate transformation program for larger enterprises, marking our evolution from primarily serving entrepreneurs to working with established organizations seeking revitalization.
The 2020 pandemic presented unique challenges that tested our adaptability. We quickly pivoted to virtual coaching services, which unexpectedly accelerated our growth by eliminating geographic limitations. Today, TurkCoach operates from offices in Antalya, Istanbul, and Izmir, with a team of 14 certified coaches serving clients throughout Turkey and internationally.
Throughout our growth, we've maintained our founding principles: personalized attention, practical strategies, and measurable outcomes. We're proud to have helped over 500 businesses transform their operations, leadership, and results – and we're just getting started.
